Install CrossUp from the Tiendanube App Store, open Combos in the dashboard and choose to build it manually or with SalesPilot. Set 2 to 6 products, the discount, where it shows and its schedule, then activate it.
How many products can a bundle have?
Between 2 and 6 different products from your catalog. Each product appears only once in the same bundle.
Does a bundle need a discount?
No. It can go without a discount, with a fixed discount —percentage or amount— for taking the whole bundle, or with a progressive discount of up to 5 tiers that grows with every product added.
Does the AI publish bundles on its own?
No: SalesPilot proposes the bundle with the reason behind each product and a suggested discount, and you decide whether to accept and edit it, ask for changes or discard it. It only goes live when you activate it.
Where does my shopper see the bundle?
On the product page, when adding to cart or in a block on your store’s home page, depending on the placement you choose for each bundle.
What is the difference between a bundle and a volume discount?
A bundle groups different products that are used together, like a coffee maker, filters and two mugs. A volume discount rewards buying more units, like a 3-for-2 on the same product.
How do I know how much my bundles sell?
The Combos dashboard shows attributed extra revenue, products sold, views and conversion for each bundle, and separates the ones you built from the ones SalesPilot built.
